All product pricing displayed on our website reflects item hire only.

Delivery, professional installation, venue coordination and pack-down are quoted separately based on:

• Venue location
• Access conditions
• Installation complexity
• Staffing requirements
• Timing (after-hours / short bump in access)

We do not offer flat-rate or fixed-price delivery.

All delivery and installation fees are calculated per event and provided within your formal written quote or invoice.
